Early Bird Discount
Book and pay by the date stated to qualify for a 10% discount.
Weekend Tennis Players
Please note, the EB discount (10%) can also be applied to bookings after the expiry date, for
any child
currently attending a weekend tennis group.
Please call The Elms for your unique code.
Sibling Discount
All siblings can receive a 20% discount if attending the same day/s.
There is no NHS discount at our Stanmore Camp.
Please note, only ONE discount can be applied to a booking.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, parents will be informed of any cancellation, with a minimum notice period of 7 days.
If you wish to cancel your booking, we will require 7 days notice for a full refund and a minimum of 24 hours notice for your booking to be moved to an alternative date/credit on account.

- Orange (8 – 9 years)

- Yellow (11+ years)
What happens in bad weather?
Sadly we cannot guarantee sunshine! However, The Elms Tennis Club does have a summerhouse where the children can shelter, during which time we have an alternative wet weather programme.
Registration info
Drop off
There is a drop off point as you drive on to Pynnacles Close. Coaches will be waiting there from 8.45am with a register of all children due to attend the Camp.
You can simply let your child out of the car, into the coaches care who will then escort them to the Clubhouse – no need to park.
Pick up
Pick up at the end of the day (4pm) is at the same drop off point on Pynnacles Close, where the coaches will wait with the children. Once again, there is no need to park, the Coaches will bring the children to your car.
Please note there is no parking in Pynnacles Close – which is managed by UK Car Park Management and penalty charges are swiftly issued to any unauthorised vehicle.
If you wish to park and there are no available spaces at The Elms car park, please use Sainsburys car park in Stanmore (90 mins free parking) which is just across the road.
